Mathematics Achievement Academies and Texas Reading Academies
The Mathematics Achievement and Texas Reading Academies are professional development initiatives for Texas public school educators. These academies enhance educators’ knowledge and skills in mathematics and reading instruction. The academies align with the latest research and best practices for teaching Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and the English Language Proficiency Standards (ELPS). The goal of the academies is to help every student achieve proficiency in grade-level mathematics and reading.
