Teacher Leadership Fellowship

Overview

The Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ (TEA) Teacher Leadership Fellowship (TLF) is a highly selective two-year fellowship designed to strengthen teacher leadership pathways at the state-level and increase meaningful opportunities for teachers to shape the profession. 

The TLF meets virtually once a month. In the monthly meetings, fellows engage with educators across the state as well as TEA leadership to provide input on strategic initiatives. Additionally, fellows receive leadership training on skills aligned to teacher leadership competencies. 

Application Process

Teachers interested in the fellowship should submit their  by Sunday, March 10th. To be eligible for the program, teacher applicants must be currently serving as a teacher of record, have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience, and plan to remain in a classroom teaching role for the 2024-2025 school year.
